Registration fees are only charged upon grant of registration by the Ministry of Intellectual Property (MOIP). If the application proceeds smoothly to registration without an office action, the total fees will be USD 742.12 and nothing more.
How Long Does It Take to Register a Trademark in Korea?
It generally takes 12 – 16 months from application to registration, assuming a smooth application.

Our Filing Procedures
- Once we receive the information above (applicant info, mark, goods/services), we will prepare a Power of Attorney form for signature.
- We will send you an Invoice.
- We will confirm the goods / services with you.
- Once we receive the signed Power of Attorney form and the payment, we will proceed with the application within 2-3 business days.
- After filing, we will send you a New Application Report.
