Fixed Fees
Fixed Application Fees (application fees will cover up to publication report, or office action reports, if any)
Filing Fees for a 1-class application are USD 382 (including official fees of USD 52) - no hidden fees. If you want multiple-class applications, we charge USD 252 (including official fees of USD 52) for each additional class.
Free Office Action Reports
If a preliminary rejection (office actions) is issued by the Korea Intellectual Property Office, we will provide a report, without any charge. The costs to respond to an office action will greatly vary; however, for the most frequent office actions (unclear descriptions), it would not generally cost more than USD 400.
Registration Fees (won’t be charged unless it is granted registration)
Upon registration, we charge USD 360.12 (legal fees of USD 150 per registration, and official fees of USD 201 per class with USD 9.12 extra fees per registration). And we provide you with the Trademark Certificate and the Trademark Registry.
Total Fees (up to registration)
If the application goes smoothly to registration without an office action, the total fees will be USD 742.12 and nothing more.
How long does it take to get a trademark registered in Korea?
It generally takes 10 - 14 months from application to registration, assuming smooth application.

Our Filing Procedures
Once we receive the information above (applicant info, mark, goods/services), we will prepare a Power of Attorney form for signature.
We will send you an Invoice.
We will Confirm the Goods / Services with you.
Once we receive the signed Power of Attorney form and the payment, we will proceed with the Application within 1-2 business days.
After filing, we will send you a New Application Report.
